Certain Assurances. (a) Lessee shall duly execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) all such further documents, and shall do and cause to be done such further things, as Owner Participant, Owner Trustee, or Mortgagee reasonably requests to accomplish the purposes of the Operative Agreements, provided that no document so executed by Lessee will expand any obligations or limit any rights of Lessee in respect of the Transactions. (b) Lessee shall promptly take such action with respect to the recording, filing, re-recording, and refiling of the Lease, the Trust Agreement, and the Mortgage, and any supplements thereto, as shall be necessary to establish, perfect, and protect Owner Trustee's interests and rights in and to the Aircraft and under the Lease and the perfection and priority of the Lien created by the Mortgage.
