This provision supplements the “Certain Conditions of the Award” section of this Agreement: By accepting the Award, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Participant is making an investment decision and iii) the value of the underlying Shares is not fixed and may increase or decrease over the vesting period without compensation to the Participant.
