Common use of Certain Construction Rules Clause in Contracts

Certain Construction Rules. The description of any FDT Services -------------------------- contained in the Schedules is qualified in its entirety by reference to the information set forth in the provisions of this Services Agreement. To the extent that the provisions of this Services Agreement and of the Schedules are in any respect inconsistent, the provisions of this Services Agreement shall govern and control. In the event of any conflict between the terms of use relating to the Software that is the subject matter of the License Agreements and the terms of this Services Agreement, the terms of the License Agreements shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of use relating to the Software that is the subject matter of the License Agreements and the terms of addition, as used in this Services Agreement, unless otherwise provided to the terms contrary, any reference to a "Section" or "Schedule" shall be deemed to refer to a Section of the License Agreements shall prevailthis Services Agreement or Schedule attached to this Services Agreement.
