Certain Covenant Defaults. (i) Any breach by the Company of any of the terms required to be observed by it under Section 7.1 (other than Section 7.1(g)), which continues unremedied for 10 days after the Company receives written notice of such breach from any Bank; (ii) any breach by the Company of any of the terms required to be observed by it under Section 7.2, 7.7, 7.8 or 7.10; or (iii) any material breach by the Company of any of the other terms or provisions required to be observed by it under Article VII.
