Certain Duties and Responsibilities of Lessor. Except during --------------------------------------------- the continuance of a Lease Event of Default or a Loan Event of Default, Lessor undertakes to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth herein and in the other Operative Documents, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Lease against Lessor, and Lessor agrees that it shall not, nor shall it have a duty to, manage, control, use, sell, maintain, insure, register, lease, operate, modify, dispose of or otherwise deal with any System or any related Equipment or any other part of the Trust Estate in any manner whatsoever, except as required by the terms of the Operative Documents and as otherwise provided herein.
