Certain Duties and Responsibilities of Trustee. Trustee undertakes to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth herein and in the other Operative Documents, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Trust Agreement against Trustee. Trustee agrees that it shall not, nor shall it have a duty to, manage, control, use, sell, maintain, insure, register, lease, operate, modify, dispose of or otherwise deal with the Equipment or any other part of the Trust Estate in any manner whatsoever, except as required by the terms of the Operative Documents and as otherwise provided herein.
