Common use of Certain Effects of Termination Clause in Contracts

Certain Effects of Termination. In the event of the termination of this Agreement as provided in Section 6.1, each party, if so requested by the other party, will return promptly every document furnished to it by or on behalf of the other party in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, whether so obtained before or after the execution of this Agreement, and any copies thereof (except for copies of documents publicly available) which may have been made, and will use reasonable efforts to cause its representatives and any representatives of financial institutions and investors and others to whom such documents were furnished promptly to return such documents and any copies thereof any of them may have made. The obligation of Purchaser under the Confidentiality Agreement shall continue notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement. This Section 6.2 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

The obligation of Purchaser under the Confidentiality Agreement shall continue notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement. This Section 6.2 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

In the event of the termination of this Agreement as provided in Section 6.1, 7.1: 7.2.1 each party, if so requested by the other party, will return promptly every document furnished to it by or on behalf of the other party in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, whether so obtained before or after the execution of this Agreement, and any copies thereof (except for copies of documents publicly available) which may have been made, and will use reasonable efforts to cause its representatives and any representatives of financial institutions and investors and others to whom such documents were furnished promptly to return such documents and any copies thereof any of them may have made. The ; and 7.2.2 the obligation of Purchaser under the Confidentiality Agreement Letter referred to in Section 5.2 shall continue indefinitely (subject to its terms) notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement. This Section 6.2 7.2 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
