In the event the WiMAX Forum determines that use of the Certification ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ in any particular manner or jurisdiction violates any applicable laws or regulations, is contrary to public policy, or may subject Licensee or the WiMAX Forum to any third party claims, legal proceedings, governmental investigations or proceedings, penalties or liabilities, Licensee agrees, upon receipt of notice and request from the WiMAX Forum, to promptly cease and desist from all use of the Certification ▇▇▇▇ in such particular manner or jurisdiction.
