Common use of Certain Orders Clause in Contracts

Certain Orders. (i) The Interim Order shall be entered and in full force and effect and shall not have been appealed, stayed, reversed, vacated or otherwise modified without the consent of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders; or (ii) If (x) the date of such requested Funding is more than 45 days after the Closing Date or (y) the amount of such requested Funding, together with the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans, shall exceed the maximum amount authorized pursuant to the Interim Order, the Final Order shall be entered and in full force and effect and shall not have been appealed, stayed, reversed, vacated or otherwise modified without the consent of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
