Common use of Certain Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Certain Other Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent the fees specified in that certain letter agreement, dated September 11, 2008, from Administrative Agent to Borrower, in such amounts and at such times as specified in such letter agreement.
