Certain Other Reports and Information. Promptly upon their becoming ------------------------------------- available to the Borrower, the Borrower shall deliver to the Bank, a copy of (i) all regular or special reports, registration statements and amendments to the foregoing which the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any successor thereto) or any securities exchange, and (ii) all reports, proxy statements, financial statements and other information distributed by the Borrower to its stockbrokers, bondholders or the financial community generally.
