Certain Other Reports and Information. Promptly upon their becoming available to the Company, the Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, with a copy for each Lender, a copy of (i) all regular or special reports, registration statements and amendments to the foregoing which the Company or any Subsidiary shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any successor thereto) or any securities exchange, and (ii) all reports, proxy statements, financial statements and other information distributed by the Company to its stockholders (for distribution to Parent's stockholders) or bondholders.
