Certain Provisions of Base Trust Agreement Not Applicable. The provisions of Sections [3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.8, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.18, 4.3, 4.5, 5.16, 5.17, 6.1(f), (g) and (h), 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7. and 9.1 and Article VII] of the Base Trust Agreement and any provision of the Base Trust Agreement, which imposes obligations on, or creates rights in favor of, the Trustee or the Certificateholders as a result of or in connection with an “Event of Default” or “Administrative Agent Termination Event” shall be inapplicable with respect to the Certificates. In addition, there is no “Administrative Agent”, “Calculation Agent”, or “Cut-off Date” specified herein, and all references to “Administrative Agent”, “Calculation Agent” or “Cut-off Date” in the Base Trust Agreement, therefore shall be inapplicable with respect to the Certificates.
