Certain References and Obligations. Notwithstanding ---------------------------------- any provision to the contrary contained herein, (a) the reference to the Lessee in Section 6.09 shall after the Relevant Date be deemed to be deleted, (b) Sections 6.09 and 6.11 shall be deemed amended to provide that any reference to, or right or obligation of the Owner Trustee contained in any such Section shall after the Relevant Date be deemed to be a reference to, or right or obligation of MCFT and (c) the phrase "the Owner Participant or" in Section 6.11 shall after the Relevant Date be deemed to be deleted.
