Certain Representations of Trustee. The Trustee represents that: (a) The Trustee will take possession of the Note in accordance with the terms of this Indenture in the ordinary course of its business and without knowledge that the Note is subject to a security interest (except the security interest of the Trustee under this Indenture). (b) The Trustee is a bank which in the ordinary course of its business maintains security accounts for its customers and is acting in that capacity pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and it will maintain the accounts hereunder as trust accounts and shall administer such accounts in the same manner it administers similar accounts established for the same purpose.
