Certain Terminology. A. The terms “including,” “includes” and terms of like import shall be interpreted to mean “including, but not limited to” and/or “includes, without limitation.” B. The terms “herein”, “hereunder”, “hereinbelow”, “above” and/or “below”, and any terms of like import, shall be interpreted to mean this Lease as a whole, and not merely the Section, paragraph or subparagraph within which such term is set forth. C. As used in those provisions of this Lease where Tenant is agreeing to assume responsibility for certain conduct, actions and/or omissions of “Tenant,” the term “Tenant” shall be construed to mean Tenant, and Tenant’s agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors, assignees, sublessees, licensees and, while within the Premises, invitees and business visitors.
