Common use of Certain Third Party Charges Clause in Contracts

Certain Third Party Charges. When an element of the Service is rendered by a third party service provider and Orixcom does not have a "one-stop" or reseller billing arrangement with said service provider, Customer agrees to pay said third party charges directly to the third party service provider as instructed by Orixcom. Orixcom agrees to use commercially reasonable effort to provide advance written notice to Customer of such third party charges.
