Certain Transfers and Exchanges. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement, transfers and exchanges of Capital Securities Certificates and beneficial interests in Book-Entry Capital Securities of the kinds specified in this Section 5.5(b) shall be made only in accordance with this Section 5.5(b).
