The Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Supplemental Indenture or the proper authorization or the due execution hereof or thereof by the Company or any of the Guarantors. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in this Supplemental Indenture shall alter the duties, rights, privileges, immunities or obligations of the Trustee set forth in the Original Indenture and the Trustee shall be indemnified and held harmless in accordance with the terms thereof.
