Common use of Certain Words Clause in Contracts

Certain Words. The word “including” means “including without limitation” and the words “include” and “includes” have corresponding meanings. Except where the context otherwise requires, the word “or” will be interpreted in the inclusive sense, commonly associated with the term “and/or.” The word “will” will be construed to have the same meaning and effect as the word “shall” (and vice versa).
