Common use of Certificate of Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Adjustments. Whenever any adjustment is to be --------------------------- made pursuant to this Article III, the Company shall prepare a certificate executed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, setting forth such adjustments to be mailed to each Holder at least fifteen (15) days prior thereto, such notice to include in reasonable detail (a) the events precipitating the adjustment, (b) the computation of any adjustments, and (c) the Exercise Price and the number of shares or the securities or other property purchasable upon exercise of each Warrant after giving effect to such adjustment.
