The Trustee may require delivery to it of a copy of any certificate, notice, or other instrument or information believed by it to be necessary to perform its duties hereunder and may rely and act upon the basis of any such certificate, notice, instrument, or other information furnished to the Trustee which it believes to be reliable and to have been signed, made, or presented by the proper party or parties.
