Certificate of Bank Sample Clauses

The Certificate of Bank clause requires a bank to formally confirm certain facts or financial information relevant to the agreement. Typically, this involves the bank issuing a written statement verifying the existence of funds, the authenticity of a financial instrument, or the status of an account held by a party to the contract. By providing an independent and authoritative confirmation, this clause helps ensure the reliability of financial representations and reduces the risk of misrepresentation or fraud in the transaction.
