Certificate of Conformity. a. Where required in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) the Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformity (CofC) in accordance with Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) and any applicable Quality Plan. One copy of the CofC shall be sent to the Authority’s Representative (Commercial) upon Delivery, and one copy shall be provided to the Consignee upon Delivery. b. Each CofC should include the wording "Certificate of Conformity" in the title of the document to allow for easy identification. One CofC is to be used per NSN/part number; a CofC must not cover multiple line items. c. The Contractor shall consider the CofC to be a record in accordance with Condition 17 (Contractor’s Records). d. The Information provided on the CofC shall include: (1) Contractor’s name and address;
