Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data. The contractor agrees that to the extent required by Public Law 87-653, as amended, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as amended (including amendments promulgated by Federal Acquisition Circulars, but not yet included in FAR), it shall furnish cost or pricing data, as defined in FAR (including subcontractor and prospective subcontractor cost or pricing data) to the Contracting Officer where the aggregate of the prices inserted on the order exceeds $750,000.00 and shall furnish for such order a Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data in the form set forth below and such subcontractor Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data (in substantially the same form as set forth below) for subcontracts and purchase orders in excess of $750,000.00 as are required to be furnished pursuant to the aforementioned regulation. FAR 15.406-2 CERTIFICATE OF CURRENT COST OR PRICING DATA This is to certify that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the cost or pricing data (as defined in section 2.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and required under FAR subsection 15.403-4) submitted, either actually or by specific identification in writing, to the Contracting Officer or to the Contracting Officer’s representative in support of * are accurate, complete, and current as of **.
