This is to certify that cost or pricing data as submitted, either actually or by specific identification in writing to the Purchaser or his representative in support of (Claim, Amendment, .................................(Date). By submitting the price proposal, the Contractor/sub- Contractor or prospective sub-Contractor grant the Purchaser or his authorized representative(s) the right to examine those records, data and supporting information, used as a basis for the pricing submitted.
