Certificate of End of Operations and Maintenance Term Acceptance Sample Clauses

The Certificate of End of Operations and Maintenance Term Acceptance clause formally recognizes the completion of the operations and maintenance phase of a project. This clause typically outlines the process by which the project owner reviews the contractor's performance, verifies that all obligations have been met, and issues a certificate confirming acceptance. For example, it may require the contractor to submit documentation or undergo inspections before the certificate is granted. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear, documented transition point, ensuring both parties agree that the maintenance responsibilities have been fulfilled and liability can be transferred or concluded.
