Common use of Certificate of Interested Parties Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Interested Parties. (Form 1295) must be provided by the Selected Contractor per the Texas Legislature adoption of House ▇▇▇▇ 1295 which added section 2252.908 of the Government Code. Selected Contractor must submit the completed form prior to the City Council Meeting to award the project.
