Certificate of Operating Authority. When ordering any service or facility hereunder, SPRINT hereby represents and warrants to VERIZON that it is a certified provider of local exchange telecommunications service. SPRINT will provide a copy of its Certificate of Operating Authority or other evidence of its status to VERIZON upon request.
