Common use of Certificate of Registration Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Registration. Affected employees are to submit evidence each year that their Certificate of Registration from the relevant college is in good standing and currently in effect. Failure to submit proof of registration within two (2) months of expiry will result in non-disciplinary suspension without pay. Failure to provide evidence within sixty (60) days of being placed on non- disciplinary suspension by the hospital will result in being deemed no longer qualified and termination from the employ of the Hospital.
