Certificate of Registration. As a condition of continuing employment, each Nurse shall hold and maintain a valid current certificate of registration as required by The Regulated Health Professions Act and amendments thereto, and shall, upon the request of the Director, Public Health or designate, make available a copy of such certificate of registration for examination.
