Certificate of Substantial Completion. If Owner and/or Owner’s Architect-Engineer agrees with Construction Manager that the Substantial Completion of the Work has been met, Construction Manager will then prepare a "Certificate of Substantial Completion" which will set forth the Date of Substantial Completion of the Work, will state the responsibilities of Owner and Construction Manager for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work, and insurance, and will fix the time within which Construction Manager will complete the items on the Punch List.

If Owner When the Architect and/or Owner’s Architect-Engineer agrees with Construction Manager on the basis of an inspection determines that the Substantial Completion of the Work has been metis in fact substantially complete, Construction Manager it will then prepare a "Certificate of Substantial Completion" Completion which will set forth shall establish the Date date of Substantial Completion of the WorkCompletion, will shall state the responsibilities of Owner COUNTY and Construction Manager CONTRACTOR for Project security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work, and insurance, and will shall fix the time within which Construction Manager will CONTRACTOR shall complete the items on the Punch Listlisted therein.
