Certificate of the Independent Engineer. The Company shall have delivered to each of the Purchasers the Independent Engineer’s certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and in substantially the form of Exhibit 4.1.16, together with the Independent Engineer’s report, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers, attached thereto.
