Certificate of Validation. Upon successful completion of the SAQ and Scan, if applicable, your Certificate of Validation will be issued. You can print your Certificate through our online portal or, if you have completed a paper version of the SAQ, your Certificate will be mailed to you.
Certificate of Validation. Upon successful completion of the SAQ and vulnerability scan, if applicable, Merchant’s Certificate of Validation will be issued. Merchant can print Merchant’s Certificate through Processor’s online portal or, if Merchant completed a paper version of the SAQ, Merchant’s Certificate will be mailed to Merchant.
Certificate of Validation. The Institute will issue Certificate of Validation for each Product determined by a Laboratory to have met the requirements of the applicable Industry Standard(s) for that Product. The Certificate of Validation shall include the following information: a. Date of testing b. Trademark or product designation c. Expiration date of validation (5 years from Item “a.”) d. Specific substrate(s) tested – Primed or Unprimed and type of primer used e. Both to be stated: 1. Pass/Fail report on testing, and 2. Actual test result numbers Manufacturer shall hold the Institute free and harmless from any liability whatsoever (including legal fees) that may arise from or in any way be related to the Institute allowing Manufacturer’s use of Seal of Validation and/or Certificate of Validation.

Certificate of Validation. SWR Institute will issue a Certificate of Validation for each installation training program determined by SWR Institute (or an independent review source as determined by SWR Institute in its sole discretion) to have met the requirements of the applicable Industry Standard(s) for that installation training program as provided herein. The Certificate of Validation shall include the following information. a. Date of validation. b. Name of company whose Training Program was validated. c. Expiration date of validation (5 years from Item “a.”) d. Specific CSI Section covered in installation training program. Any defacing or alternation of the Certificate of Validation will be considered a breach of this Agreement.
Certificate of Validation. On or before the Closing Date, the Company shall deliver evidence reasonable satisfactory to Parent that the Certificate of Validation of the Company filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware relating to the amendment of the authorized capital stock of the Company has been accepted by the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

  • Certificate of Origin 1. Each Party shall grant preferential tariff treatment in accordance with this Agreement to an originating good imported from the territory of the other Party on the basis of a Certificate of Origin. 2. In order to obtain preferential tariff treatment, an importer shall, in accordance with the procedures applicable in the importing Party, request preferential tariff treatment at the time of importation of an originating good. 3. A Certificate of Origin which certifies that a good being exported from the territory of a Party into the territory of the other Party qualifies as originating shall: (a) be in a printed or electronic format; and (b) be completed in English in conformity with the specimen and the instructions contained therein as set out in Annex 4B, which may be amended by agreement between the Parties. 4. Each Party shall: (a) require an exporter in its territory to complete and sign a Certificate of Origin for any exportation of a good for which an importer may claim preferential tariff treatment upon importation of the good into the territory of the other Party; and (b) provide that where an exporter in its territory is not the producer of the good, the exporter may complete and sign a Certificate of Origin on the basis of: (i) its knowledge that the good qualifies as originating; (ii) its reasonable reliance on the producer's written representation that the good qualifies as originating; or (iii) a completed and signed Certificate of Origin for the good voluntarily provided to the exporter by the producer. 5. A Certificate of Origin, duly completed and signed by an exporter or producer in a Party, may apply to: (a) a single shipment of one or more goods into the territory of the other (b) multiple shipments of identical goods to the same importer within any period specified in the Certificate of Origin, not exceeding 12 months from its date of issuance.
