Certificate of Verification. Within 60 days after the Department’s receipt from the Company of the items described in Section VI.A or VI.B and any other materials reasonably requested by the Department, and so long as the Company is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time of issuance of the Certificate of Verification, the Department shall provide the Company with a Certificate of Verification which indicates the amount of the Credit issued to the Company and the Taxable Year for which the Credit was issued. In the event that the Company fails to submit the reports required by 35 ILCS 10/5-57 & 5-58, the Company may not receive a Certificate of Verification under Section VI.A or VI.B unless, and until, such reports are submitted to the Department.

Certificate of Verification. PARI shall only deliver Test Inhalers to ABARIS which substantially comply with the Inhaler Specifications and which fully comply with the applicable Quality Standards. PARI shall include a written certificate of verification with each shipment of Test Inhalers. Such certificate shall include a statement, signed by: (a) the quality manager; and (b) a person who performs regulatory activities for PARI or PARI’s site manager, or PARI’s project manager, verifying that all of the Test Inhalers shipped to ABARIS substantially conform with the Inhaler Specifications, fully conform with the applicable Quality Standards and are free of any material defects.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

  • E-VERIFICATION The Vendor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Vendor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Vendor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Vendor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Vendor to the following: termination of this contract for goods or services and ineligibility for any state or public contract in Mississippi for up to three (3) years with notice of such cancellation/termination being made public; the loss of any license, permit, certification, or other document granted to Vendor by an agency, department or governmental entity for the right to do business in Mississippi for up to one (1) year; or,
