Common use of Certificate of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Clause in Contracts

Certificate of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇. Cedar Mountain shall have received a certificate dated the Closing Date and signed by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ to all such effects and to the effect that the statements contained in the Tarus certificate described above and in any other written documents delivered by or on behalf of Tarus pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement constitute representations and warranties of Tarus under this Agreement to the same extent as if herein set forth in full.
