Common use of Certificates and Reports Clause in Contracts

Certificates and Reports. Lessee shall furnish to Lessor and Lender not later than the Delivery Date certificates of insurance satisfactory to Lessor and Lender and a report signed by a firm of independent insurance brokers satisfactory to Lessor and Lender, such report stating the opinion of such firm that the insurance then carried and maintained on the Aircraft complies with the terms of this Section 12. Lessee will odor to the renewal dates of the insurance policies required pursuant to this Section 12 (but in any event prior to the cancellation, lapse or expiration of such insurance policies) provide additional certificates and a report to Lessor and Lender meeting the terms of the preceding sentence. Lessee will cause such firm to advise Lessor and Lender in writing promptly of any default in the payment of any premium and of any other act or omissions on the part of Lessee of which they have knowledge and which would in such firm's opinion invalidate or render unenforceable, in whole or in any material part, any insurance on the Aircraft. Lessee will also cause such firm to advise Lessor and Lender in writing at least thirty (30) days (seven (7) days in the case of war risk insurance) prior to the termination or cancellation of, or material adverse change in, such insurance carried and maintained on the Aircraft pursuant to this Section 12.
