Certificates for Unexercised Warrants. In the event that, prior to the Expiration Date, a Warrant Certificate is exercised in respect of less than all of the Exercise Percentage specified therein, a new Warrant Certificate representing a Warrant for the remaining Exercise Percentage shall be issued and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof.
