In the event that, prior to the Expiration Date, a Warrant Certificate is exercised in respect of fewer than all of the Warrant Shares issuable on such exercise, a new Warrant Certificate representing the remaining Warrant Shares shall be issued and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof; PROVIDED that the Company shall not be required to issue any Warrant Certificate representing any fractional Warrant Shares.
