Certificates of Dissolution; Certificate of Cancellation of Certificate of Limited Partnership. (a) Upon the dissolution of the Partnership, the General Partner shall cause to be filed in the office of, and on a form prescribed by the Secretary of State of the State, a certificate of dissolution. The certificate of dissolution shall set forth the Partnership's name, the Secretary of State's file number for the Partnership, the event causing the Partnership's dissolution and the date of the dissolution.
