Certificates of Existence. The Borrower shall have furnished the Lender with a certificate of existence of recent date issued by the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, certifying that it is duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Borrower shall also have furnished the Lender with certificates of existence with respect to the Partnerships from appropriate offices in Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland and Florida.
