Certificates Regarding Authorization, etc. Each Accession Agreement and each Security Document delivered by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to this Section 8.10 shall be accompanied by copies of the constitutive documents and corporate resolutions (or equivalent) of the Company or such Restricted Subsidiary authorizing the respective transactions contemplated thereby, in each case certified as true and correct by an officer of the Company or such Restricted Subsidiary.
