Common use of Certification and Licensing Clause in Contracts

Certification and Licensing. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall require that each of the health care professionals with which it contracts comply with all certification and licensing laws and regulations applicable to the profession. The Contractor agrees not to employ or enter into a contractual relationship with a Provider or practitioner who is precluded from participation in the MA program.
