Common use of Certification Examinations Clause in Contracts

Certification Examinations. Department agrees that unit members who have 11 successfully completed probation and take work-related certification 12 tests that are conducted during the unit member’s scheduled work 13 hours shall be granted a maximum of eight (8) hours per fiscal year 14 to take the examination without requiring the unit member to utilize 15 accrued leave.
