Common use of Certification of a Performance Award Clause in Contracts

Certification of a Performance Award. Upon completion of the Performance Period or such earlier period set forth in Section 2.8, and prior to the payment of any vested Performance Share Units to a Participant or conversion of Performance Share Units to Restricted Share Units pursuant to Section 2.8, the Committee shall certify in writing the extent to which the Targets have been satisfied.
