CERTIFICATION OF CERTAIN ITEMS. The Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent (with a copy to Agent) prior to the funding of any Loans in the event that any of the matters to which such Borrower is required to certify in the Notice of Borrowing is no longer true and correct as of the applicable Funding Date, and the acceptance by such Borrower of the proceeds of any Loans shall constitute a re-certification by such Borrower, as of the applicable Funding Date, as to the matters to which such Borrower is required to certify in the Notice of Borrowing.
