Common use of Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship Clause in Contracts

Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship. Upon completion of the apprenticeship under these apprenticeship standards, the Joint Apprenticeship Committee will recommend to the Industrial Training Branch, Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities, that a certificate signifying completion of the apprenticeship be issued to the apprentice. No certificates will be issued by the Industrial Training Branch, Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities, unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
