Common use of Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship Clause in Contracts

Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship. Upon completion of the apprenticeship under these apprenticeship standards the Joint Apprenticeship Committee will recommend to the Manpower Training Branch, Ministry of Colleges and Universities that a certificate signifying completion of the apprenticeship be issued to the apprentice. No certificate will be issued by the Manpower Training Branch, Ministry of Colleges and Universities unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.

No certificate certificates will be issued by the Manpower Industrial Training Branch, Ministry of Colleges and Universities Skills Development, unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.
