Common use of Certification of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Certification of Coverage. The liaison agency designated by the competent authority of a Contracting State in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1(b) of Article 21 shall certify, at the request of an employee and an employer or a self- employed person, that the employee or self-employed person is subject to the legislation of that Contracting State.
