Common use of Certification of Data Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Certification of Data Accuracy. Hospital shall, upon request by BlueLincs HMO, have its CEO or CFO or an individual delegated the authority to sign on behalf of one of these officers and who reports directly to such officer, certify to the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of all data submitted under the Agreement, the BlueLincs HMO Addendum or this Blue Cross MA HMO Amendment in the form and format set out in Attachment B to this Blue Cross MA HMO Amendment.
